Customer Support Tickets

The customer support tickets metric simply measures the quantity of tickets raised during a specified time for a given software program. The higher the number of support tickets submitted by users, the more likely that there are quality or performance issues with a software program. The probable cause is that something was overlooked or missed during the testing stage and was not identified or fixed prior to production.

 

 

 

 

The customer support ticket metric is measured during the Operate phase.
