Import and Export

Import and Export

The import and export mechanism is used to provide a means of transporting data inside and outside of a cloud storage device. This mechanism can be used to import or export data to and from a cloud environment using temporary or permanent links, and interoperate with another cloud storage device so that data can be copied for export and storage outside of the cloud, such as for backup or disaster recovery.
