Service Profiles
When collecting discoverability-related meta information, it is helpful to use a standardized template or form that ensures the same type of data is documented for each service. This can be especially useful during the early analysis stages, when service candidates are just being conceptualized as part of the service modeling process. The document used to record details about a service is the service profile (Figure 1).
